I have a 3 bedroom house in Urbandale that my friend and I live in. Looking for a professional female roommate. The house is behind Walker Johnston park, so tennis courts, soccer fields and softball park are near. The house has a very big yard, patio, washer/dryer, wireless high speed internet, furnished living room, kitchen and dining room. I do have a cat that is completely declawed and very friendly. The rent is $500 which include all utilities: electricity, water, trash, internet and cable. Looking for someone that is responsible and easy going. Email if interested.
