Moving into (any section) town Wednesday or Thursday. I am retired from social services, and active, with steady income. One of my hobbies is looking for jobs (in this market, at this age (smile). Can pass background checks. I enjoy travel, getting out and about, city events, being around fun, and am trying to quit smoking. Looking for very low rent. I mind my own business, not your lifestyle. I can live with animals who don’t particulary invade my room. I help keep things clean, am interested, accepting, quiet, unflappable. I was partly raised AME, but enjoy all. I watch tv in my room when not out. I want to get to know the town before getting into a lease. Presently looking for very Low rent, and a place to go when I arrive. Presently living in son’s house, in Twin Cities and going to get on my own. If you know young or old or church people who want a little company or a little money, at least for awhile, pass this on please. (I can also work p.t. in exchange, e.g. residential or business, or elder companion. (maybe hotel out of town ok).)
