THIS POSITION IS FOR SOME ONE WITH EXPERINCE NOT JUST CLEANING YOUR OWN HOUSE WE DO APARTMENT MAKE READYS WE CLEAN TOP TO BOTTOM AND IT GETS DIRTY MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE DRIVERS LISCENCE PASS BACKGROUND CHECK DONT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU DONT HAVE EXPERINCE THISS IS A 1099 POSITION The ideal candidate will have the following qualities
- Great time management
- Self managed
- Attention to detail
- Fast paced but can still get the job done correctly
- Positive attitude is a must
- Follow safety guidelines
- Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- If required to travel for business: maintains a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience with construction clean up is a plus
- Dedicated to job

THIS IS A PART POSITION THAT LEAD TO FULL TIME HOURS VERY EACH DAY MUST BE FLEXABLE Job duties include the following:
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Wiping down all kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Mopping
- Light Lifting
- Wiping down of wood work, doors window frames
- Make the place shine and or spotless
