It has 10 different resistance settings, 9 programmed workouts, 4 weight loss programs, and the manual mode. The handle has a heart rate bar to monitor your heart rate. It follows your calories burned, time and distance per workout. It also has front wheels for easier moving. I have greatly enjoyed it but we are moving and dont have room to take it with.
